These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile apps, games, and services provided by SimuLearn Games, including Battle for Borders and PinSpace. By downloading or using our app(s), you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app or services.

1. Who We Are

SimuLearn Games creates mobile games that combine location-based gameplay, strategy, and community competition. Our official website is:

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps.
  • By using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children under 18 who use the app.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the app to harm or exploit minors in any way
  • Upload or share inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce app assets, mechanics, or code
  • Engage in cheating, hacking, or attempts to manipulate the leaderboard or rewards

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or delete any user account that violates these rules.

4. User Accounts and Profile Content

When you create a profile, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and respectful information
  • That any profile image you upload does not contain violence, nudity, hate symbols, or personal data of others
  • That you are responsible for all activity under your account

We may remove any content that violates our guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Location-Based Gameplay

Our apps use device location services to:

  • Place you in the correct county and state for competition
  • Enable features like region-specific leaderboards and ownership tracking

You may disable location access, but gameplay and ads may be affected.

6. Virtual Currency and Rewards

Our apps may include:

  • Points (e.g., Invasion Points)
  • House Crates or other unlockable items
  • Leaderboards tied to location-based performance

💵 Cash-Out Policy (Battle for Borders only):

  • You may redeem points for cash via PayPal once you reach the minimum threshold (e.g., 50,000 points = $5).
  • Redemption requires account verification.
  • We reserve the right to delay, deny, or investigate suspicious redemption requests.
  • Rewards have no cash value until officially cashed out.

7. Factions and Multiplayer Sessions

  • You may join or create factions within the app
  • All multiplayer features must be used respectfully — no harassment, bullying, or impersonation
  • Faction leaders and session hosts have authority to moderate participation within their groups

SimuLearn Games is not responsible for user disputes arising from faction or multiplayer interactions.

8. Leaderboards and Ownership

  • Leaderboards reflect real-time scores based on your gameplay
  • Ownership (e.g., counties or states) is determined by point totals and can change at any time
  • We may reset scores periodically or disqualify users for unfair behavior

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Submitting prohibited content
  • Manipulating scores or earnings
  • Engaging in harassment or fraud
  • Violating our Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, including names, graphics, sounds, and game mechanics, are the property of SimuLearn Games. You may not:

  • Copy or reuse any content without permission
  • Use our branding in unauthorized ways
  • Distribute modified versions of the app

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, regardless of where you access the app from.

14. Child Safety and CSAE Policy

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any violation will result in:

  • Permanent removal from all SimuLearn Games platforms
